This noodle shop sounded interesting to me. I wanted some noodles in Napa. I've always been more of a freshly made Ramen Noodle type of person. Today, I had the Iwanuma Veggie Ramen. It consist of Kombu shiitake broth, ramen egg noodle, wok fried veggies, pickled sprouts, scallions, and boiled egg. I'm used to the Ajitsuke Tamago, I never had Ramen with a poached egg like this. I also know some people out there from the Bay Area that were obsessed with Chai Tea. I never had a Tumeric Ginger Chai Milk Tea, it sounded exotic and I wanted to give this a go. The Chai Tea did taste slightly exotic, that was the best part. I give this a flat 4.0 stars.

Yan and I just happened upon this place. If you want noodles, this is the place to go! I ordered the Dan Dan Noodle dish and Yan ordered the Singapore Noodle dish. Yummy! It's right on 1st Street and it doesn't look pretentious by no means. That's what we wanted! The service was great. We sat at a window seat and watched the people go by. I was pleased to see the restaurant fill up shortly after we sat down. Our host Dan was our server and he was nice. You won't leave hungry! I will be back!

Came on a Saturday afternoon after wine tasting. Located in a great location in downtown Napa, this noodle restaurant is quaint and hip. My friend recommended the Duck Duck Soup and it did not disappoint! The duck was cooked exquisitely and the noodles are thick and bouncy. The broth was also very good and light. There's a full bar and bar seating available. The food came out pretty quickly and the servers are attentive. Next time I'm going to try the Tokyo Ramen!

First visit and always wanted to try this spot for their Ramen. Walked in without a reservation on a Friday early evening no wait time. They have a spacious dining area with tables and a bar. They menu, so much to choose so we started with their Napa Noodle house salad which was a huge portion enough for 2 to share nice tasty salad. Entree opt for the Kalbi short rib plate which I thought was kinda pricey for couple of pieces of kalbi which was very good though a huge scoop of rice, kimchi and salad. Ramen YES!!!! Tokyo Ramen a chicken broth with braised pork belly, soft boiled egg and bamboo shoots soooo good! Duck Duck Soup ....thick cut noodles , duck broth , soft boiled egg, bok choy , roasted duck, maitake mushrooms don't pass on this one it's good!!! Ramen filled our cravings so tasty and worth it. They also serve Poke , other soups , salads and plates, starters and kids meals . Beverages like smoothies and boba drinks , tea , juice and other adult drinks at the bar. will certainly visit again and try other items on the Ramen Menu
